The Final Four Announced Tomorrow Evening;)
You've waited patiently.
You've put in the time, gave the effort and taken the 'STEPS' to get healthier and potentially advance within The Inspired March to Madness Challenge!
Next week we enter the Final Four.
The last remaining 4 Teams to survive this amazing bracket..and RUN to health;)
That's right...
You will see the entire bracket on Sunday evening..
-who remains in the competition?
-where were the upsets?
-did you even advance after the first round?
-how did you and your team matchup against some of the greatest 'teams' in the world?
YET....it's important and not lose focus on WHY you did this....
->it wasn't for the prize at the end (which interestingly...no one has asked and we have never announced what that would be;)...
->it wasn't for something to do.
------>It was to build MOMENTUM heading into Spring/Summer.
So....win or lose....never lose focus of the target----HEALTH.
Excited for last weeks Step counts to come through tomorrow.
Stay the course..and keep STEPPING into the health you desire.
