BREAKING NEWS FROM THE MARCH TO MADNESS SPORTS DESK...
After an exciting opening week of the Inspired Living March to Madness Step Challenge, the bracket is starting to take shape and the competition is heating up. After a total of 3,561,986 cumulative bracket steps (which equates to: 1,425 to 1,780 miles)--(which equates to the driving distance from Jesup, Iowa, to Fort Myers, Florida (*roughly 1,350 to 1,450 miles.) We would say...ya'll are kicking ass!! As expected, all eight of the top seeds advanced via first-round byes, entering Week 2 fresh and ready to make their push toward the championship. But the real story of Round One? Upsets. And plenty of them. In the West Region, the 21 seed stunned the 12 seed, proving that in this tournament it’s not about rankings—it’s about steps. Not long after, the 23 seed shocked the 10 seed, sending another ripple through the bracket and reminding everyone that late-night walks and weekend surges can change everything. Meanwhile, over in the South Region, fans witnessed one of the most dramatic finishes of the tournament so far. After trailing most of the week, the 22 seed mounted an incredible comeback, capped off with a final-second buzzer beater step surge to edge out the 11 seed and advance. Momentum is building. Underdogs are rising. And the bracket is wide open. As we head into Week 2 — The Sweet 16, step goals increase and the pressure builds. Teams will need consistency, teamwork, and maybe a few extra evening walks to keep their championship hopes alive. So lace up those shoes, grab your teammate, and keep moving as you never know who you are up against...an actual team in the next round OR perhaps you been knocked out and are practicing for the season ahead. Either way...get moving...for the HEALTH of it;) Because in March to Madness… the next upset could be yours. Your Biggest Fans- D&D

Sometime ya gotta be the pusher.
I told her this morning she had to get workout clothes on & get her ass down here. If you’re feeling like you’re letting your partner down - you probably are. Get up. Move your ass. 🙌🏽 The whole point is to be a good teammate & push each other! Even if it involves being a bit bossy. 😉
