Herbs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Not as trends. Not as “miracles.” Just as steady companions that people have relied on for generations. Long before supplements came in shiny bottles, folks learned by paying attention. What soothed. What strengthened. What helped the body recover.
Herbalism, to me, is about relationship and observation. It’s learning how plants support the body gently and consistently, and understanding that they work best when we work with them, not against them. No hype. No fear. Just knowledge passed down, refined, and still very much alive.
This is why I love teaching herbs. They remind us that simple doesn’t mean weak, and slow doesn’t mean ineffective.
