A lot of people struggling with binge eating, inconsistent eating habits, low energy, poor digestion, or weight issues aren’t actually lacking information.
Most already know what they “should” be doing.
What I’ve found through my own journey — and now through working with others — is that the real issue often sits deeper:
→ Nervous system dysregulation
→ Stress-driven patterns
→ All-or-nothing thinking
→ Poor structure and inconsistency
→ Living in survival mode for so long that feeling “off” becomes normal
Most people try to fix these issues through more restrictions, more willpower, or another diet.
But if the baseline of the body and mind is dysregulated, the patterns usually return.
That’s why I’ve been building Baseline Reset — a structured approach focused on:
✔️ Nervous system regulation
✔️ Structured eating habits
✔️ Reducing binge eating episodes
✔️ Improving digestion and energy
✔️ Pattern & trigger awareness
✔️ Rebuilding consistency from the ground up
Would genuinely love to connect with others in the health, nutrition, mindset, or wellness space who see things from a root-cause perspective too.
Curious: What do you think is the biggest thing people overlook when trying to transform their health?
