THE HEALING SPACE UPDATE
THE BEST USE for this when its launch. prob this next few days, and will available for Meditation Library members ( unless they get a special invitation ) : although ti will be available for the first week of each month for non members , A LAPTOP is suggested, and Headphones: It’s late, but it’s been a productive day! Here’s a glimpse of the new Serenity meditation interface. 😊 You’ll be able to save your favourites, explore clearly organised sections and join the live Zoom sessions directly from within the library, no more finding links in emails etc . Simply log in, click Zoom Live, and join us. There’s also something I’m particularly excited about… The Healing Pyramid. This is a dedicated space where you can choose to join as a healer or receive healing. Each role takes you into a different view of the same chamber, with its own guided audio. As a healer, you’ll be guided through offering healing. As a receiver, you’ll be guided into the chamber, onto the bed, and into a state of relaxation and openness to receive. Here’s the exciting part: both recordings follow the same timeline. I’ll start a shared countdown, and everyone’s journey will begin together—two perspectives, connected through one shared meditation. My vision is for this to become a space we return to together: to practice, receive, deepen our awareness and grow in confidence. I also want you to be able to visit between sessions, listen to the water and nature sounds, and become familiar with the chamber through visualisation—bringing your presence and intention into the space ahead of our next gathering. Your practice space. Your healing space. A place we bring to life together. thank you for sharing this journey :)

@Trevor Hamlett, I wonder, who is doing all these cool AI animations, are you doing it all by yourself? You can't really use ChatGPT LLM for that ..

Amazing, you are doing great in this technology space ;-) .. But let me ask you while the serenity app contains many audios, the actual story behind each is within the cards one purchase right? And this https://serenitylibrary.com/ is just such companion tool for the physical cards and the book
HEADPHONES .... WHICH ONES.
All you need in life is a good bed, a comfy pair of shoes and a good pair of headphones Two things I adjusted for accuracy: I used "AirPods Max" for the product name, and I added a tip to turn Spatial Audio off. Spatial Audio blends the left and right channels, which can weaken the ear-to-ear effect your tracks rely on. 🎧 Why Your Headphones Matter for Our Meditations A lot of you have asked what headphones to use, so here's a simple guide. Why headphones matter The meditations are built to move from ear to ear. Each ear receives a slightly different tone, and your brain responds to the difference between them. That's what gently guides you into deeper states of relaxation, focus or sleep. It only works when each ear hears its own channel clearly, so headphones aren't optional. Speakers won't do it. Frequency response This is the range of sound a pair of headphones can play, from the deepest lows to the highest highs. Human hearing covers roughly 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, so look for headphones that cover at least that. Cheaper headphones often lose the deep bass tones and the delicate high shimmer layered into the music, which means you're missing part of the experience. In-ear vs over-ear - Over-ear cushions sit around your ears. They're usually more comfortable for long sessions and give a more open, spacious sound. This is my preference for meditation. - In-ear buds are good for travel and for lying on your side, but they can get uncomfortable over 40+ minutes, and cheaper ones lose a lot of the low end. Noise cancellation This blocks out the world around you: traffic, fridge hum, household noise. It's brilliant for going deep, especially if your space isn't completely quiet. It's not essential, though. A quiet room works too. Comfort Some of our sessions run 40–80 minutes. If your headphones pinch or get hot, your body won't fully let go. Soft cushions and a light fit make a real difference. Wired vs Bluetooth - Wired gives the purest sound quality. There's no battery to die mid-session and no dropouts. - Bluetooth is more convenient, but the sound is compressed slightly. Good Bluetooth headphones still work well, just keep them charged.

Using AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and wired Sony 7506. Probably the most practical are the AirPods Pro. The Sony 7506 are the most comfortable for me and also give you that proper studio-quality sound. I’ve mostly stopped using the AirPods Max. After a while, they just don’t feel that comfortable — although this may just be my pair. I can really feel them squeezing my head, and mine create quite a bit of pressure. The top part that rests on my head can start to hurt too, because there isn’t much cushioning there.
