Let us do something a little different today.

I just dropped a new blog in the community and it is speaking directly to those of you who carry the Restorative gift. But honestly even if restoration is not your primary category, this one is going to land. Before you go read it I want to leave you with something to sit with tonight.

Tonight's Journal Prompt:

Where in my life have I been giving the thing I most need to receive? You do not have to share that one. That one is between you and your journal.

But down in the comments I want you to answer this:

If your energy were a plant or herb right now, what kind of plant or herb would it be and why?

A cactus surviving on nothing. A wilting houseplant that needs water. A thriving outdoor garden. A succulent that looks fine but has not been repotted in years.
