That is the full flywheel. Five weeks, five pillars. Pull the threads together. Systems get the business out of your head so it can run without you. Subscriptions turn that work into recurring revenue that arrives whether or not you sell. AI makes both legible in minutes instead of days. Offshore gives you the delivery muscle to serve the work without becoming the bottleneck again. Partners amplify the whole thing once it is turning. None of these is a standalone trick. That is why it is a flywheel and not a checklist. Systems make offshore safe. Subscriptions make the referrals from partners worth more. AI sharpens the systems. Each pillar makes the next one work better, and the owner moves from being the worker in the business to being the investor in it.
