The reason most systems never get documented is not laziness, it is the blank page. Writing an SOP from scratch feels like an hour of homework to describe something you could just do in five minutes. So it never happens.
Flip it. Do the task once while recording yourself, the way you would if you were training a new hire. Screen recording for anything on a computer, a phone voice memo for anything in the field. Then hand the transcript to AI with one instruction: turn this into a short step-by-step SOP, and flag anything missing rather than inventing it. Ten minutes of refining instead of an hour of writing.
What is one task living only in your head that you could record in the next five minutes? Name it in the AI room. That is the one to capture first.
