With our open house being this week I want to keep today on topic - Listening to Your Body.
Whether you are in your reproductive years, peri-menopause or post menopause...listening to your body is key. She talks to you.
When it comes to food, exercise, work, emotions, how feel during your period... your body is always talking to you. And when you truly sit and listen and take the time to understand exactly what she is telling you it can make a world of difference...especially in perimenopause and everything feels all over the place and out of control.
Nurturing yourself, your body is necessary. Show her love and affection like you would those you love. Because when you begin to do so, it changes everything.
