I remember the first time someone told me about cycle syncing.
My response?
"It doesn't really affect me. I just get cramps for a day during my period."
I have learned so much since that moment.
One of the biggest lessons?
Your cycle isn't just about your period.
Maybe you don't experience painful cramps. Maybe PMS isn't a big thing for you. Maybe you don't feel completely wiped out every month.
That doesn't mean your cycle isn't influencing you.
Your cycle can impact your energy, focus, workouts, sleep, creativity, confidence, and so much more.
This is why I love body literacy.
When we begin to understand our body's rhythms, things start to make sense.
"Oh... that's why I feel that way."
"Wow, I never realized that."
"That explains so much."
