In these times of change and challenge, The Fifth Direction offers a deep place to return to our individual and collective soul through the act of myth, story, meditation and breathwork. T5D feels like an opportunity to come home to ourselves in this time and space where separation and loneliness are omnipresent. It's hard to communicate the tender feeling of community that are on the inside, other than it has been a deeply appreciated and a heart opening part of my life.
