Quality or Quantity

For everyone in the group when it comes to buyers are you more of a quality person where you want the best buyers you can find even if that means you only 5-10 people or are you casting a big massive net understanding that a lot of the buyers won't be "great" but you have a lot of options to blast deals to? I am more of a mix of both. I am building a list but I do prefer to personally know all the people I send deals to.
