Roxanna, 33, Fort Myers, FL My main goal is to become more lean, specifically in my legs and stomach. I struggle with body image issues, but overall feeling not good enough in all aspects of my life. When I’m not working or at the gym, I enjoy scuba diving, playing video games, and hanging out with my friends. I joined to become the fittest and healthiest version of myself. I think one commitment to myself is to love myself more and seek validation within myself.

Hi everyone! My name is Alexis, I'm 26 years old and I am from New York! My main goal is to heal from generational trauma and become in tuned with myself and my body! My struggles are falling back into old, comfortable patterns. I have grown a lot in the past 7 months, but I still have a long way to go. To get to know a bit about me I love dancing, music, and being outside. I joined to improve myself in ways I've never attempted before. 1 commitment to myself today will be starting this program and continuing to reach my highest potential

Im Sara im 19 im in Milwaukee Wisconsin. My main goal is to just find myself after going through some stuff and currently now. I have been working out for a year before I met Veronica and it sort have worked but I ended up going back to where I started. My struggle is that when shit gets hard im unmotivated to do anything. I want to be a better version of myself. 3 interests I would say is getting back into music with a trombone I got recently, my cat, and work. I joined hoping to get some sort of structure to what I need to do to love myself fully. I’ll do better than I did the day before.
