Quite a varied list, but since I was asked a few times this week I will post it. For those of you who want urgent and practical I will put an additional indicator (<<<)
A Billion Wicked Thoughts, Ogi Ogas and Sai Gaddam (<<<)
- A deep dive into male and female sexual psychology driven by big data analytics. Mainly porn habits for men, and romance literature analysis for women. Exposes some very raw truths about the nature of sexuality.
A Book of Secrets, Derren Brown
- The mentalist gets personal, unpacking life’s messy bits—shyness, loss, middle age—while reviewing stoic wisdom. It’s less about mind tricks, more about finding peace..
Alpha God, Hector Garcia
- A wild ride into how religion, power, and masculinity intertwine. Garcia argues that our gods are just projections of alpha male traits—dominance, protection, jealousy—scaled up to cosmic levels. It’s a mind-bender for bio-nerds and red-pill types alike, showing how deep the primate wiring runs in our spiritual and social lives.
Book of Numbers, Aaron Clarey
- A look inside the mind of a RP economist, as he does the analysis on the ROI of modern dating for men. From this I took away a great ability to be able to estimate top of funnel probabilities in given areas of interest.
Dataclysm, Christian Rudder
- An OkCupid co-founder, crunches numbers from dating sites, social media, and more to reveal hidden truths about human nature. It’s like A Billion Wicked Thoughts but broader, with charts that’ll make you smirk and rethink who we really are behind the screen.
48 Laws of Power, Robert Greene
- The ultimate guide to navigating the jungle of human ambition. Greene distills centuries of cunning into 48 razor-sharp laws—some ruthless, some subtle—that show you how to outmaneuver rivals, build mystique, and protect your ass. It’s not just for sociopaths; it’s for anyone who wants to stop being a pawn in someone else’s game.
Game, Roosh V
- If you can find (or download) a copy, Roosh’s advice is as good as ever. Dude knew his shit. Amazing place for newbies to find practical advice.
How to Win Friends and Influence People, Dale Carnegie
- Classic and basic people skills that should be read.
Influence, Science and Practice, Robert Cialdini (<<<)
- Very detailed psychological biases and the science of influence.
Never Split the Difference, Chris Voss (<<<)
- Powerful explanations with examples of how to influence people to get outcomes you want in high pressure situations.
No More Mr Nice Guy, Robert Glover (<<<)
- Seminal work that describes the psychology of the Average Frustrated Chump in detail and how guys can start to change their mind. Essential for learning how to make yourself your mental point of origin.
Out of Your Mind, Alan Watts
- After all the unplugging you may want to get some expanded perspective. This will introduce you to the core concepts of a very distilled Zen, at the foundation of many philosophies and religions. If you are open to it, it can bring you not only peace but an ability to play the game at the highest level you can imagine. To both know it is a game that doesn’t matter and still embrace the game with all the vigour of a man existing in his natural state of being.
Practical Female Psychology, Joseph South (<<<)
- A deep dive into the darkest aspects of female psychology, including detailed descriptions of how the betaization process unfolds (the cycle of girls getting with an Alpha and then breaking him down with girl-strategies until they take frame and convert him into a beta and disconnect from him).
Rationale Male Vol. 1 to 6, Rollo Tomassi (<<<)
- The godfather of Red Pill Praxeology. Say his name.
Red Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature, Matt Ridley
- For biology nerds, this one goes down to genetic level to describe the evolution of Sex. If you have the level to understand (roughly undergrad bio) then this one has the potential to blow your mind as it unveils not only root mechanisms behind hypergamy but how the very evolution of male and female was a strategy from the XX chromosome (female) to offload survival and replication value into another organism. Females evolved males as an effective and elegant answer to how to survive at the molecular and macro level. (Old Testament genesis story had it totally backwards.)
Seduction, Robert Greene
- A masterclass in the art of influence through desire. Greene breaks down seduction as a strategic game—less about cheesy pickup lines, more about power dynamics, psychology, and timing. It’s like a playbook for wielding charm as a weapon, with historical examples that make you feel like a Renaissance rake reborn. Warning, I would say read this when you are intermediate otherwise it won't make much sense.
Sex at Dawn, Christopher Ryan
- A look at the sexual practices across human history and also with related apes. Read it and reflect on what ‘normal’ means, when people around you talk about their expectations of their relationships in proper context.
Six Minute X-Ray: Rapid Behavior Profiling, Chase Hughes (<<<)
- Reading people like a CIA operative.
The Alabaster Girl, Zan Perrion (<<<<<)
- Parts of this book really irritate me, very self-indulgent and also a bit delusional, but at the same time it’s a first person view through the light, playful engage-the-world energy that guys miss. They need to pick up these lenses and see the world from this perspective, break the spell of logic and reason overpowering each moment and stopping them from living. This is urgent in a different kind of way. This book is going to hit most of you in a way that seems strange, but if you want to feel a first person perspective of being in a playful state with women and having an unbound life this book will give you a window into what that state of mind, at least for Zan, looks like. Something in here that is hard to find. You can borrow his eyes and see this way for a little while. Get out of the logical traps.
The Appearance of Power, Tanner Guzy
- For guys who don’t understand the importance of Avatar work or have any idea of WHY dress is important or what strategies they should be considering.
The Ape that Understood the Universe, Steve Stewart-Williams
- A truly beautiful book that describes humans as if it were a scientific report by aliens understanding humans for the first time. A great and gentle gateway to bring people into a state where they are ready to challenge all of their beliefs about what it is to be human. One of my favourites on the list.
The Book of Pook, by Pook
- If you are ready/able to absorb his wisdom then Pook is a singular voice that embodies the state of being, the energy that must be accessed. Advanced.
The Ellipsis Manual, Chase Hughes
- A toolkit for hacking human behaviour for those who want to wield psychology like a scalpel.
The Evolution of Desire, David Buss
- Seminal evo-psych work, for nerdy people who have an interest to understand everything in detail.
The Game, Neil Strauss
- The book that kicked off the seduction community and convinced guys around the world that the PUA skillset got results. Strauss goes from awkward journalist to pickup legend, chronicling the rise of a subculture obsessed with cracking the code of attraction. It’s dated in spots, but the raw energy and lessons on social dynamics still hit hard.
The Heart of Dominance, Anton Fulmen
- BDSM is extremely miss-understood. Fulmen breaks down nuance of dominance that are good for realigning peoples understanding. Although not explicitly covered the applications of Dominance and Submission and polar relationships have a critical intersection with concepts of Frame and inner mastery CRITICAL and FOUNDATIONAL to quality relationships of ANY kind. I will explore the intersection of this and many of the other themes across these books.
The Like Switch, Jack Schafer (<<<<)
- Ex-FBI agent Schafer teaches how to read subconscious signals. Read this as one of the first books. It's a good general introduction to how you are beginning to see and 'hack' behavioural engineering.
Think Fast and Slow, Daniel Kahneman
- Lifting the curtain on many cognitive biases and psychological blind spots.
Tricks of the Mind, Derren Brown
- Derren is a master of human psychology. He combines so many interesting techniques together to get spectacular results. He was the first person to really open my eyes as to what is possible when you operate on the human mind.
Way of the Wolf, Jordan Belfort
- Effective modern sales methods, essential for any guy who wants to build an effective system of women understanding himself as a product in a sexual marketplace.
What Every Body is Saying, Joe Navarro (<<<)
- Learn how to read body language from an expert. Incredibly useful to pick up early on incongruence between her words and her thoughts.
Why Women Deserve Less, Myron Gaines
- Short no-nonsense intro to modern RP, including important stress that your MEAT Money Energy Attention and Time are devalued by simp behaviour. I.e. the value of your attention is directly tied to how easily you give it away. Easy one for newcomers to get 101 level understanding and avoid critical pitfalls.
