I took a driverless Uber in Atlanta!
No driver.
No small talk.
No "Where are you visiting from?"
Just me and a car making all the decisions. ๐ณ
I have to admit, my cortisol went up slightly when I realised there was nobody behind the wheel... but within a few minutes I was amazed at how smoothly it drove.
As someone who still remembers life before mobile phones, I found this a bit surreal!
So, what do you think?
๐ Would you happily jump into a driverless taxi?
๐ Yes, no problem!
๐ค Maybe, but I'd be nervous.
๐ Absolutely not!
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Are driverless cars the future or a step too far? ๐ค
๐ Bonus question: What's the most futuristic thing you've ever done that made your cortisol spike before your curiosity took over?
For me, it's definitely getting into a car with no driver and hoping my hormones trusted technology as much as my Uber app did! ๐
