strength work
I'm looking for some tips towards strength training. I currently don't do anything, don't go to the gym or anything and I'm kinda relying on my genetics, competitiveness and like semiconsistent pushups every day with barely consistent exercises my physio has given me.
it might come as a surprise to some because of the language I use when I'm active, but for information that may help in other people answering, I'm a girl, roughly 15. the gap between what guys and girls need for training is not much but for guys, a higher vert is probably higher up the training list, whereas girls its probably not as high. so any tips, exercises, muscle groups etc would be helpful
