Outside of your family, who were the top 3 most influential voices in your life? I asked this question to my waitress yesterday while sitting with Scott Wilson Leadership. Within two minutes of us saying hi, Scott did what Scott does abd that is locked in with his eyes, leaned across the table and started speaking with passion his vision of what God has put in his heart. It took me back 30 years when a 17 year old kid found himself foregoing scholarships to play ball because God had stirred my heart to impact the Kingdom. At the time my best friend Bryan Brooks and I would sneak into the church after hours to hold our revivals. He was Rod Parsley and I was T.D. Jakess and we were the next upcoming names. What made us think we were the next is because of our leader Scott. I learned to pray - yes I pace the floor when I pray. I learned to speak - yes I get exited abd passionate when I talk. I learned to cast vision - no matter what I believe Gods gonna do it and it’s gonna be big. All of this happened because Scott and Jeanie took me in and loved me like their own. My first gift this year was the gift of reuniting for lunch. Now we need to pray for him - we went to a Mexican restaurant and he ordered a plate of steak only with no rice no beans just meat only. His kids are adults His wife is amazing Their grandkids are adorable And he’s still in fire inspiring people and pastors to be and do more for the Kingdom. Best part - I got to take a picture with my living legend. I am who I am because He is who he is. I’m grateful. Let’s not wait this long for our next meetup.

My prayer is you had an amazing weekend. Did you rest and get refreshed for the week ahead? Sundays are my down days. The Lord and lounging seem to be about all I do. I did drink a lot of tea as I am nurturing my voice from speaking. What do you do to take care of your voice? Don’t you let the enemy lie to you. Someone needs to review your game film - you’re a great individual. You got it going on. When I look back at this interview, I’m reminded that I got invited because I did the work not sent in a request. To this day I’m not sure who referred me or got me on TV but I do know this isn’t the last. Inside of the coaching lab, we’re still teaching and coaching around these principles and we’re still seeing success story after success story happen. I’m super humbled that God extends His grace towards my life. Can I thank each of you who share my posts, attend my classes, open up doors, join my coaching, or provide me feedback. I am a by product of my choices, conversations, and connections. And yes my mistakes, failures, character cracks, disappointments, let downs, sit downs, get ups, and the rest of the equation. He ain’t done with me yet.
