Intro + Homework
Hey everyone! My (real) name is Kemi Doll and I am a gynecologic oncologist (surgeon), scientist, coach, and author based in Seattle, WA. I'm primarily based on IG
My WHY is that I want improve the womb/gynecologic health of Black women throughout our lives which in turn will change and improve gynecologic care for everyone. I'm online because I realized after a decade of publishing scientific papers, none of it matters if the knowledge doesn't get out in the world. I wrote my book (A TERRIBLE STRENGTH) for the same reason.
My 3 brand pillars are: informative, real talk, and womb health/science.
My *favorite* piece of content right now is a reel I did on a recent NY Times article about gynecology.
My *most popular* piece of content right now is a reel I did on coffee and endometriosis - but I try to do videos like this sparingly because the comments drive me insane 😅.
