I've been in the community for a few weeks now and following the advice from Neil. I have a whole new perspective on health now with a number of new tools at my disposal. Using the Neil's knowledge, the Body Electric framework and this community I've learned to look at what many people call "symptoms" in a different way. They always give me information about what my body is communicating to me. Choosing recharging my body as a priority has been very supportive for my overall wellness.
