Hello Big Brains!
I'm curious to learn about your unique perspectives on leading people (or being led)?
To clarify - "leadership" doesn't mean that you're a manager or have any direct working authority over other people.
By definition, "leadership" is the process of influencing and guiding others to achieve common goals by inspiring, motivating, and directing their efforts.
I'll go first...
Over time, I've learned that my preferred style of leadership is called "Servant Leadership". In my own personal and professional life, I've always appreciated when people have come alongside me to offer support... no strings attached or hidden agendas. I've had friends, neighbors, and work bosses that have simply show up to help make my life easier, inspire me, and [sometimes] shield me from others.
I'd love to learn from what has worked best for you?
