Vulnerable and testing
Recently, I decided to be more vulnerable and start sharing more BTS (behind the scenes) and personal moments.I’ve always focused more on teaching than sharing about myself. My personality leans toward “it’s about you, not me.”If we were in the Divergent movie, I’d say I was born Abnegation, but I’m becoming Dauntless. 🖤
According to the Pathfinder test, my Ideal Roles or Work Environments are:
  • Entrepreneurial leadership (✔️ nailed it!)
  • Independent contributor or small teams
  • Systems-focused coaching or mentoring
  • Project management, operations, or digital strategy
  • Anywhere flexibility, innovation, and follow-through are prized
Over the last month, I decided to do a combined challenge (with Goose and my community) while sharing more BTS. As a result, community participation has gone up, and it’s become easier for me to show up on video. We’re starting to see more UGC (user-generated content) too, which is exciting!
Still shaking off the winter blues, but being out at the RV lake lot has helped a lot—along with inspiration from the Joy Drop Community (shoutout to 💛).
Here’s a Joy Drop moment I wanted to share…Teaching the young ones how to take care of what you own. I’ve been involving them and their friends more, but if I’m honest—the devil on my shoulder said, “It’s hot… let them climb up instead of me.” 😅 I still got sunburned… but a lot of work got done!
In short: time evolves, and so do our actions. And I’m leaning in.
