One quick learning I'd love to share is that you can often use the work you're actively doing [pretestinonial] to close future clients. This pared with consistent content creation to build trust and establish authority in a niche is killer.
Using the work to win the work also creates a sense of urgency and FOMO when they feel like they need to work around the process to get access to your services (overcoming high friction).
