Quick question, Is there a way to prevent the purchase price of an off-market property from being visible on the MLS. As I am going to list it for a wholetail deal. I prefer that buyers don't see the price I paid for the property.
The reason for my question is that I recently had a lead where the seller ended up selling to another buyer. The buyer has now listed the property on the MLS. The seller mentioned they sold the property, but I didn’t see any activity on the MLS prior to it being listed. However, PropStream shows that it has been sold.
