Why rule 1 exists In March 2026 the FDA sent warning letters to seven online peptide sellers. One of them ran a community forum like this one. The FDA read that forum and quoted a reference sheet hosted there — a list of compounds with "Uses" and "Dosing" fields — as evidence the products were intended as drugs for human use. That finding made them unapproved new drugs. A forum the seller owns is a forum the seller is responsible for. Leaving that kind of post up is itself evidence. So it gets removed — even when it's well-meant, even when it's interesting, even when the person asking is being careful.
