Hello lads, it’s great to be here with likeminded blokes, I’m 47 from Newcastle upon Tyne, I’ve worked since I was 14 and literally broken my body doing so, back surgeries, hernia surgeries, snapped fingers and on and on 🤷🏻♂️😂. I look forward to learning from you all and hopefully helping a few of you along the way……..looking forward to change in my life 👍🏻
