Right, let's talk about diets and losing weight.
There's a million different approaches out there.
Calorie counting. Keto. Low carb. Carnivore. Fasting. Slimming clubs. Meal replacements. You name it.
I've tried a fair few myself.
And for me personally, fasting combined with a carnivore diet has worked better than anything else I've tried.
Not just for losing weight either.
I noticed changes in my energy, my mental clarity, my appetite and just generally how I felt day to day.
I'm not saying everyone should go carnivore and start fasting.
I'm saying that's what I've found works for me.
And I think that's the interesting conversation.
Because we're all different.
What works brilliantly for one bloke might be completely unsustainable for another.
So I'm curious about the blokes in here:
What have you tried?
What's actually worked?
What's failed miserably?
Have you lost weight only to put it back on?
Are you currently trying to lose weight?
Or have you reached the point where you've basically stopped bothering?
Let's talk about it properly. No diet wars. No pretending there's one magic answer.
What works for you? 👇
