As we move into Mother’s Day weekend, I want to encourage you to take a real moment to check in on yourself and the women around you.
Life can feel overwhelming.
Many women, especially moms, carry so much while continuing to show up for everyone else. Sometimes they are struggling silently while still being the caretaker, encourager, provider, and supporter for others.
This is your reminder that it’s okay to not be okay. You do not have to do life alone. Whether it’s speaking with a therapist, counselor, coach, trusted advisor, friend, or leaning into prayer and community support, give yourself permission to seek the help and safe spaces you need in this season.
