Property development is what I want

Hi everyone my name is Paul and I’ve been studying and implementing property for 1 year and a couple months from Samuel and it’s been hard and very stressful as I didn’t have a full time job couple of weeks a go and no mentorship just online training but now I do It’s getting much better

my short term goal is to sell my first couple brr deals to investors and then once I’ve done that get a r2r as many as possible whilst sourcing brr deals just building up the cash pot which shouldn’t take too long then I can get maybe 3-4 brr2sa/hmo then do some flips building more of a cash pot to invest in development projects which my main goal is and maybe buy a Lamborghini Aventador s which comes from the money I’ve made from doing 1 more flip and maybe lease it see how it is for a while if I like it I’ll buy it full cash and some other cars too then I’ll just move into an apartment and get myself and wife and start a family move out and live in a big mansion then continue to fund and help other people whilst investing in development projects myself and of course retire the my whole family and reuniting with my farther who is in Nigeria struggling to back to the uk due to visa issues
