You’re Not Who You Think You Are
Most people build their identity around their struggles: “I’m anxious,” “I’m not disciplined,” “I’ve always been bad with food.”
But those are just habits of thought, not who you are.The moment you stop defending your old identity, you create space to step into a new one.
Here’s a challenge for this week:
Write down one old belief about yourself that you’re ready to retire. Then, replace it with one you’d like to grow into.
Example:
❌ “I can never stick to routines.”
✅ “I’m becoming the kind of person who keeps promises to myself.”
