As weightlifters, we always have the overarching goal of being able to increase the weight on the bar. But, in order to do that, we obviously need to have some sort of strategy or main area of focus for our training block to move the needle in the right direction.
My question for you, what are you currently training for, and how will that translate into more kg’s on the bar?
Example: I’m currently trying to increase my squat and overhead strength to raise my overarching strength threshold so I can lift bigger loads 💪🏻
