The Weightlifting Hall is a communal training space led by USAW athlete and coach Ian Irby, a former Division I football player who has worked with hundreds of athletes across weightlifting and general athletics.
This community was created to help athletes learn, practice, and refine the snatch, clean, and jerk through sound technique, consistent training, and shared experience. Whether you’re new to Olympic lifting or looking to improve consistency and confidence under the bar, the focus here is long-term progress, not shortcuts.
