NEW COURSE: FORM BREAKDOWNS
Exciting news yall! I just published the start of a new course: Form Breakdowns. This will basically be a compilation of various videos where I am breaking down the technical components of our lifts while showing the form of an athlete. There will also be instances where I share specific exercise variations to address specific form breakdowns.
This should help y’all take a step forward with your lifting to start being able to self-diagnose what your technique flaws are and gain some ideas as to how you can work on them.
Your feedback is always appreciated! It is very early into launching this course so there isn’t a ton of content yet, but I will be adding to this over the coming weeks.
