This is a place for real conversations. No pretending. No pressure. No need to have life figured out.
A lot of us learned how to stay on guard, handle things by ourselves, and keep pushing no matter what. That helped us survive. But after a while, it starts costing us mentally and emotionally.
This community exists so we can slow down, talk honestly, and understand what is really going on instead of ignoring it.
There is no rush to post. No expectation to share everything. You can read, listen, and speak when it feels right.
