This room centers childhood abuse survivors while teaching trauma informed community re-building. Sharing methodical, universal tools 4 anyone dealing w/ stress, conflict, shame, fear, or shutdown. Treating triggers as signals with direction, then practice turning them into skills you can use w/ purpose.
A place to ask difficult questions & work thru them w/ respect & clarity. You’ll get practical exercises, language f4 hard conversations, & real scenarios to help you navigate the microisms of day-day life.
Survivor? Support healing or want to rethink community? Our lived experience is the asset. It holds lessons we need to change the trajectory the United States is on. If we want 2 end cycles of harm showing up in politics, workplaces, religious spaces, housing, healthcare & across every sector of community, we have to address trauma at scale.
If life matters, children are our future, & it takes a village. It’s time we look at what is happening around us thru the lens of abuse survivors.
