Lived experience is the foundation of personal truth in The Village. Curiosity and dialogue are encouraged. Individuality is protected, and sovereignty is understood as sacred.
We hold 6 core values—sovereignty, solvency, sacredness, creativity, consistency, and connectedness—that shape how we gather, create, and steward. Consent is mandatory, participation is voluntary, and belonging is never conditional on belief, contribution, or performance.
Leaders are stewards, not authorities, gurus, or elevated spiritual figures. We measure success by the collective's freedom of choice.
At our core, The Village is a place of refuge and remembering, a space to practice being human with integrity, accountability, and care.
