Hey y'all, tonight we're doing a bonus training on reading the back end of the business. I go more in-depth in the video but it is so incredibly important to understand the business so that you are not being taken advantage of. I'll see you guys in bit!

Hey, hey! This Monday we will be doing a bonus training on reading your numbers. I want you guys to be able to track your KPI's (inquiries, tours, bookings, event types, etc) and to be able to understand where the leaks are in your business. If you understand what is NOT working, you have a better chance of repairing it. We're going to take a deep dive during our QnA time this coming Monday. If you have general questions, they will be answered in the first 15min before the workshop. Let me know if you have any questions!
