Hard Truth: Most Baseball Training Is Random
This might upset some people, but it needs to be said. A lot of athletes are “training” without actually developing. They take swings in the cage. Throw a bullpen. Lift some weights. But there’s no structure, no tracking, and no development plan. That’s not a system. That’s guessing. Real development requires measurable progress. Athletes should be tracking things like: • Exit velocity • Pitch velocity • Strength numbers • Bat speed • Mechanical efficiency When those numbers improve, the athlete improves. That’s exactly why we built the Vault Athlete App. The goal wasn’t to build another training tool. The goal was to build a complete development system athletes can actually follow. Inside the Vault app athletes can: • Follow structured training programs • Track development metrics • Monitor progress over time • Train with a clear system instead of guessing If you’re serious about development, structure matters. We’re opening early access right now to athletes who want to train with a real system. Comment VAULT below and I’ll send you the early access details.

The KPI Mindset
If Development Isn’t Measured, It’s Guessing One of the biggest mistakes athletes make is training without tracking progress. You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Every serious athlete should know their development numbers. Key metrics I tell athletes to track: • Exit Velocity • Pitch Velocity • Sprint Speed • Bat Speed • Strength numbers These numbers tell the real story of development. When athletes track their numbers, two things happen: 1. Training becomes more focused 2. Progress becomes visible This is why structured development systems outperform random training. Numbers create accountability. And accountability drives improvement.

Vault Athlete App — Early Access Opening
Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes, and the biggest challenge most players face is simple: They don’t have a clear development roadmap. Most athletes are guessing. So we built something to change that. The Vault Athlete App is designed to give athletes a structured system to develop. Inside the app athletes will be able to: • Follow structured development programs • Track key performance metrics • Monitor progress over time • Train with purpose instead of guessing This is the same development philosophy we use inside our programs. Now it’s becoming accessible in one place. We’re opening early access to a limited group of athletes first. If you want to be part of the first group using the Vault system, comment VAULT below and I’ll send you the early access information.

Vault Athlete App — Early Access
Most athletes work hard. But the truth is most athletes are training without a real system. They take random swings. Throw random bullpens. Lift without tracking progress. That’s why development stalls. Over the past few years, I’ve built a system focused on measurable development: • Velocity • Exit velocity • Strength & power • Mechanical efficiency • Consistent training structure Now we’re putting that system inside the Vault Athlete App. The goal is simple: Give serious athletes a clear development roadmap instead of guessing. Inside the app athletes will be able to: • Follow structured training programs • Track development metrics • Build real progress over time • Train with purpose We’re opening early access for a limited group of athletes first. If you're serious about development and want to be part of the first group using the app, comment VAULT below and I’ll send the early access details.

Metric Mondays
If you didn't log a metric today, you didn't train—you just exercised. Who's topping the Velo leaderboard by Friday?
