Strange hive, looking bumps
Does anyone know what these could be? I’m changing my two-year-old out of her pajamas into her morning clothes and noticed these raised almost hive looking bumps slightly red around them. She said they’re not itchy.
Not sure if it’s a recent laundry detergent switch
