Hello ! OK, So I have an INCREDIBLY complex and brutal situation on my hands, regarding my children and thier mom ! Here's the skinny: The kids live with their mom. In early 2025, I found out that she had been getting them vaccinated behind my back, against my wishes. However, as far as I know, they still have not received ALL of the vaccines necessary to enroll them in school, and i'm trying to prevent them from getting any more vaccines. I have obtained a religious exemption, which should be fine for getting them into school. After consulting with numerous lawyers, it seems, that neither the pediatricians office, nor their mother, did anything illegal, despite the fact that I had forms on file rejecting all vaccines for both of my children, and despite the fact that I expressed my wishes to the pediatrician, as well as numerous people in administration in the pediatricians office. (apparently those forms are actually meant to cover the pediatrician legally, and have no legal weight to actually prevent their mom from vaccinating them. And apparently legally, the consent of just one parent is OK to administer vaccines). Also, the pediatrician's office's response to me expressing my wishes as a father regarding the vaccines, was to fabricate a story about my "harassing" behavior, call the police, and give me a letter saying i was banned from entering the premises, and if I do, I'm trespassing and they will call the cops. And their mother refuses to switch pediatricians, so now I cannot be present for any of my kids appointments, i cant even get them referrals, etc. I had to have multiple lawyers write them letters just to get my kids medical records. I had one lawyer go in person to the pediatrician's office, and the doctor had the nerve to tell the lawyer that I will need a court order, to get my own children's medical records. Finally they caved and contacted my lawyer and produced the records. But even then, they removed all the evidence of me having signed vaccine rejection forms, as well as other documents related to vaccines, from the records. I know this because I got my kids medical records in early 2025, and comparing the old records and the recent ones, there were all kinds of documents missing, all related to vaccines. Also, their mom refuses to give me the kids social security numbers, so I cant sign them up for private health insurance myself. And guess what the social security office wants, in order to give me my kids social security cards? You guessed it! Their Vaccine records ! Which neither their mother nor the pediatricians office will give me! Sound fun yet!? Theres more! Recently their mother fabricated a claim to the cops and took out a protection order against me, so I havent seen my kids for months. The protection order has expired, but now she will not respond to my texts and it looks like I will have to go to court if I want to see my kids. So that brings me to what im seeking advice on. The consensus seems to be, AVOID THE ISSUE OF VACCINES IN COURT BY ANY MEANS. Is that correct? Because if so, im going to need to avoid directly addressing other issues as well such as the issue of the pediatricians office, and educational issues, because perhaps those issues will bring up the vaccine issue. My lawyer is telling me I need to be ready with expert witnesses that will testify that the vaccines are contra-indicated for my kids, because my lawyer believes that there is no way to avoid the issue coming up in court at some point. But I much prefer the strategy of trying to avoid any topics in court that would trigger the vaccine issue being discussed. I dont care how many expert witnesses i get, i dont see myself winning the vaccine battle in court. Not to mention that if i try to get the court to order her to switch pediatricians, that will bring up the issue of me being banned and make me look like a crazy nut who is not only anti-vaccine but actually made the people at the pediatricians office feel threatened to the point that they banned me. (As if having a BS protection order on my record isn't bad enough). So I think my best move is to attempt, at least for this first round in court (there will be many, this is never going to end, until the kids are adults, we are going to be in court every 3-6 months, garaunteed), i want to avoid any topics that could trigger the vaccine issue (the vaccines themselves, the issue of the pediatricians office, and the issue of where the kids will go to preschool). ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE, INSIGHTS OR ADVICE!? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !
