today’s message 🤍
read from James 1 this rising and whewwwww! this reminded me so good of the importance of living for God, embodying and abiding in His word. “do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. do what it says.” James 1:22 we can read the Bible every day, know Scripture, and even share it with other people, but if we aren’t actually applying it to our own lives, then what is it really doing for us? God’s Word is like a mirror. it shows us what needs to change, but we can’t look at ourselves, see it, and then walk away like we forgot what He showed us. and obedience isn’t only about the big things. it’s also in how we speak, how we treat people, how we care for those in need, and how we keep ourselves from being influenced by the world. real faith should be visible in the way we live. “whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it… they will be blessed in what they do.” James 1:25 don’t just read the Word. let it correct you, change you, and then actually do what it says. 🫂
today’s message🤍
“how I hated discipline! how my heart spurned correction!” Proverbs 5:12 sometimes we don’t understand why God is correcting us until we experience what He was trying to protect us from. His correction isn’t rejection, it’s love. don’t allow pride or your own desires to make you ignore His warnings. let Him redirect you now so you don’t have to look back later wishing you had listened. 🤍

hey family, CHECK IN?!
can we check in? I genuinely want to know how everyone is doing! I know none of you often respond to the devotionals or use this platform to share anything. but honestly, I’ve been praying it changes soon. for the past couple weeks, I felt discouraged about this online community, because most days it seems as though I’m only talking to myself or encouraging myself. when I’m sharing devotionals, I’m talking to all of us, including myself. but it began to feel disappointing once I realized the community hasn’t grown and you all don’t connect or share. I almost allowed the enemy to get in my head and cancel the group. I pay for this monthly, and thought well I can save some money… but yesterday, I went to two church services, and in both, Holy Spirit spoke to me about continuing to encourage others and also to continue the calling even when things don’t look how we want them to look at first. at the end of the day it isn’t about me, but about Him and regardless if you all respond, interact, or not. I know that the Lord called me to do this for a reason, for His glory in the end and to lead people back to Him. so if you all respond, that would b beautiful, but I’ve surrendered and let go of offense and discouragement. it is my prayer that yall have received something from these messages of the day and that your prayer and study life has increased! that’s what really matters! I love yall🤍✨
message of the day 🤍
Philippians 1:5-6 reminds us that even when we fall short, mess up, or have moments where we feel far from God and our consecration, He is not finished with us. His word says that He who began a good work in us will continue to perfect and complete it. one bad moment does not erase all the work God has already done in you. conviction is not God abandoning you, it’s proof that He is still working on your heart. so repent, get back up, and keep going. you may not be where you want to be yet, but thank God you’re not where you used to be either. He started the work, and He is faithful to finish it. 🤍
