The First Step Is Noticing
Most change doesn't start with effort. It starts with noticing. We spend most of the day on autopilot, reacting to thoughts and habits we never consciously chose. Awareness is simply the act of stepping back and watching yourself live. You don't have to fix anything yet. You just have to see it clearly. The moment you notice a pattern, it loses some of its grip, because what was running you in the dark is now in the light. Where in your life are you running on autopilot right now?
