A lot of change gets delayed by one question:
“Can I do this?”
“Am I ready?”“What if I fail?”
And while you’re waiting to feel confident…nothing changes.
Confidence usually comes after action.
Not before.
Real change starts when you stop asking:
“Can I do this?”
And start asking:
“What would the person I’m becoming do right now?”
Your task today:
Think of one small situation where you’d normally hesitate.
Then ask:
“What would the stronger, future version of me do here?”
And take the smallest possible step in that direction.
Not perfectly.Just honestly.
