Hi everyone! I am so excited to have you here at The Universal Pet Institute.
Whether you’re a lifelong pet owner, a rescue volunteer, or a fellow professional in the pet industry, you’ve found a home here. My mission is to build a community where we can all learn to provide the best possible care for our animals—from basic training to advanced safety.
A little about me:
I’m Saya, the founder of the Institute. My background is rooted in veterinary care and animal welfare, and I’ve spent my life working with everything from livestock on farms to helping strays find their forever homes. I hold a Diploma in Dog Training and am certified in Pet First Aid, CPR, and Fear Free Shelter practices. I also run a pet care and home service business, so I live and breathe this stuff every day!
