Two things to reflect on:
👉 Where did you lead well this week? Think about moments where you held your standard, communicated clearly, or backed yourself when it mattered.
👉 What was the hurdle? Where did things feel off, heavy, or harder than expected? That’s usually where the next level of leadership is being shaped.
Influence is not just visibility or content. It’s the pattern people experience from you over time.
That’s what builds trust within your circles.
