“You’re Angry” nahhhh. It’s actually this:
It’s a bad habit.
That’s it.
It’s something your brain learned to do in order to protect you.
To regain control.
To feel safe.
It’s NOT who you are.
It’s NOT your identity. And dude, take it from me….reframing your thoughts to stop identifying AS angry is where real regulation starts to get gooooood ☀️
It’s a just bad habit that needs to be un-learned.
