It’s more than just learning to “chill out”
It’s not about suppressing genuine emotion.
It’s not woo-woo. (Although some definitely make it weird lol)
It’s more like, installing better brakes on emotional experiences that can only be described as a runaway train.
At least that’s been my experience ☀️
