WELCOME - START HERE
👋 WELCOME — START HERE Welcome to the Tutor Growth Hub! I’m really glad you’re here. This space is for face-to-face tutors who want to grow their tutoring business with more clarity and less doubt — without doing it alone. A few important things to know: • This is a safe space. You can share questions, doubts, and thoughts openly. No judgement. No comparison. • This is a shared space. You’re welcome to ask for help — and to help others too. • You don’t need confidence or experience. You just need to be willing to reflect and move forward step by step. - Check out the video here that shows you how Skool works and how to get to the classroom etc. I’m here to guide, clarify, and grow alongside you. This community is part of my own journey too. To start, introduce yourself below: - What do you teach? - What would you like more clarity on right now? You’re in the right place 🤍

You are your branding
As a small business owner, branding becomes super easy. Because the branding is you! When you are you, you show up as you and not some super polished version of you, people listen. Because they are not just buying a product. They are buying what you stand for because you have some similarities to them. They buy your way of doing things, they buy THAT package. So do not be afraid to be you. If you're timid, be timid, if you are full of energy, be full of energy. That's what works best!

Early bird...night owl..
I have always been an early bird. I love waking up early and get a good start to the day. I do not have the time to do much office work before the school run but I like to get some house work in ;-) What are you? Early bird or night owl?

Weekly business goal
Happy Monday 🌿 I thought I’d share how I plan my week, in case it helps — especially at the start of a new community. All the standard things are already a given for me:lessons, lesson prep, school runs, shopping, cleaning, childrens’ activities… They’re part of life and the business, so I don’t even put them on my to-do list anymore. What does go on my list is one main business focus for the week. Just one. Because realistically, there’s already a lot going on. When I add too many “important” things, my brain goes straight to “I can’t do all of this” — and that’s not helpful. So I choose one non-routine business task. Last week, my focus was finishing and opening this Skool community. It happened… Sunday morning 😅 right down to the wire. This week, my focus is drafting my 2026/2027 tutoring schedule.I work around the school year, so September is my reset point. Some weeks, the goal isn’t future planning at all. It might be: - sorting and organising all my lesson games - getting my email list up to date - fixing something that’s been annoying me for weeks - Always something outside the weekly routine, but important for the bigger picture. 👉 What is one business goal for you this week that’s not part of your usual routine?
