Hi! I created this community because I know what it's like to walk onto a job site feeling like you have to prove yourself. I've made mistakes, struggled with confidence, learned from incredible people, and kept showing up.
My vision is to build a supportive community where tradeswomen and women interested in the skilled trades can connect, ask questions, celebrate wins, and help each other grow. Whether you're considering a trade, starting an apprenticeship, or years into your career, you're welcome here.
This is just the beginning. As our community grows, I'll be adding resources, workshops, and opportunities designed to help women succeed in the trades. For now, my goal is simple: create a space where no one has to figure it out alone.
