Metabolism is how your brain and body make and use energy to keep you going. Metabolic health is about how well this system works.
Many things affect your metabolic health.
This includes:

💠Relationships
And the regulation of your:
💠Circadian rhythm
💠Nervous system
And other less known factors such as not being grounded within yourself, can also impact your metabolic capacity.
The truth is that change can be virtually impossible if you don't have the metabolic capacity that is required to support you.
This isn't about another quick fix or meal plan.
This is about you learning give your body what it needs.
