Over the past few weeks I've been doing some deep work on how I show up, who I serve, and how I talk about what I teach.
You've probably noticed some language changes. "Buckets" is becoming "domains." "Self-care" is becoming "foundational human skill." The framework is the same — 54 skills across five areas that most people were never explicitly taught. What's changing is how I'm positioning it in the world.
Here's what I want you to know:
You are not being left behind. You are exactly who this work was built for. In fact — you're ahead of everyone who is just now finding this framework, because you're already inside it.
What's changing is that I'm starting to bring this work into organizations, leadership teams, and corporate environments. Because the same gaps I see in individual business owners show up in teams. And nobody is addressing them at that level with a curriculum-based approach.
Same work. Bigger rooms.
For you — nothing changes except the language gets sharper and the tools get more precise. If anything, the organizational lens makes the framework even more powerful for your own leadership and business.
I'm grateful you're here. I'm grateful you trusted this process early. And I'd love to know — which of the five domains has been most eye-opening for you so far?
Drop it below. I read every single one.
